Meet Vic Yepello- Palm Springs Realtor; Community Worker and Palm Springs 411 Expert
Vic Yepello moved to the Palm Springs Area in 2005 to live as he says “In Paradise”. He quickly obtained his Real Estate license and began a successful career selling homes throughout the Coachella Valley. Until the recession hit. He continued work in Real Estate Sales but the going was tough for a while as was with so many things.
Then he joined forces with Ron Jesser in 2010 as Internet Marketing Manager and Transaction Coordinator. Being a licensed real estate agent and former Information Technology manager, his contributions to Ron and his business was a perfect match. He also began to give support for Facebook plus he designed this blog. He went about creating and writing blog posts that told a story about Palm Springs and the desert in general as well as keeping up with Real Estate news.
Together with Ron, the two will continue to run a successful Real Estate business in Palm Springs and the surrounding Coachella Valley. With the market rolling along after a very successful 2011-2012 sales season, they hope to attract more of the Baby Boomers as they look to retire in the place both refer to as their Paradise! And the will without a doubt continue to offer the same high level of service as has always been the hallmark of Ron Jesser.
Vic obtained his Real Estate license in February of 2006 working hard to establish a name and trade. In 2010, he began a business partnership with Ron Jesser. Together, they have enjoyed much success in helping their clients achieve their goals of buying, selling and investing in Real Estate across the desert communities. To them, they believe an agent should not disappear after Escrow.
Vic also works as a city commissioner on the Palm Springs Sustainability Commission. He co-chairs the Non-Motorized Transportation Subcommittee; he has worked on the water conservation task force and takes part in many other community activities.
When not doing any of the above, he can be seen around town quite often on his bike enjoying the scenic beauty of the desert. Vic has used his bike to raise money for his favorite charity AIDS Lifecycle because giving back is a part of what he does everyday.
As Vic says: “If you want to learn about the city, it’s best done on two wheels!”
